5. EHV and client’s safety manual and SDS sheets are kept on site
6. Construction Plan Developed and implemented 
7. Site-specific plan, emergency action plan, and Activity hazard analysis 
8. Prior to any project startup everyone involved is required to meet and cover all job-related tasks, equipment, personnel, Safety requirements, and customer requirements.  
9. New personnel arriving to site are required to report directly to site supervisor and the supervisor must make sure they cover all safety, personnel, tasks, and client requirements prior to them being allowed to work
